职责描述:
1. Execution the document of Quality Assurance and customer's quality system management.
执行质量保证体系文件要求和客户质量体系维护
2. Be responsible for analysis and seeking improvement opportunity of rejected goods.
负责对客退不合格品进行分析并寻求改进的契机
3. Record customer complaints and report to management representative monthly
每月将客户抱怨的统计资料上报管理者代表
4. Customer's complaint management and corporate with CTSO internal quality and production members.
协调CTSO内部质量和生产共同处理客户抱怨
5. Conduct on-site audit according to supplier audit plan, and assist supplier to continuous improvement
根据供应商审核计划,对供方进行现场审核,并辅导供方持续改进
6. Handle supplier quality issues
处理供应商质量问题
7. Complete the temporary task arranged by supervisor.
完成领导交办的临时任务
任职要求:
College or above大专及以上
Automotive and engineering related 汽车/机械相关
Related training in quality tools and audit skills 接受过质量工具及审核方面的培训
Have an excellent computer skill in Micorsoft program (Excel, Word, Power Point) and related program in English.熟练操作微软办公软件及其他英文软件
Be familiar with five tools, such as apqp, ppap etc熟悉质量5大工具
Experience minimum 2 years in Quality Management System and release filed of auto parts industry.
至少2年质量管理及汽车零部件行业相关经验
Good English ability of reading,writing,listening and speaking.良好英语读、写、听、说能力
Service mind, leadership skill and Positive Thinking are required.
